How do I enter the main giveaway?

Automatically: every order with a product value of £50 or more (incl. VAT, excl. shipping) placed between 1 Nov 2026, 10:00 am GMT, and 23 Nov 2026, 08:59 am GMT, counts as one entry. No sign-up needed, entry is free.

Can I collect multiple entries?

Yes. Every single order from £50 gives you another entry.

How are the winners chosen?

All prizes – in the main giveaway and the Sunday giveaway – are drawn at random. Winners are notified by email and must accept their prize within 2 days, providing name, email and postal address – otherwise a new winner is drawn.

1. Subject of the terms of use and participation

1.1 Quality First GmbH, Werner-von-Siemens-Straße 8, 25337 Elmshorn, Germany (“Promoter”) is running a giveaway (“Giveaway”). The Giveaway is published via the Promoter's website https://morenutrition.de/, the Instagram accounts @morenutrition.de, @morenutrition.uk, @morenutrition.nl and @morenurition.fr, the TikTok accounts @morenutrition.de, @morenutrition.uk and @morenutrition.nl, the Snapchat account @morenutrition and the WhatsApp channel @More (“Social Media Presence”).

1.2 Giveaways run by the Promoter on its Social Media Presence are in no way associated with Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok Technology Limited or Snap Inc. and their affiliates, and are not endorsed, sponsored, supported or organised by them. All questions, comments, notices and complaints regarding giveaways must be directed to the Promoter, not to Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok Technology Limited or Snap Inc.

1.3 These terms govern the conditions for participating in the giveaways and any required transfers of rights.

2. Giveaway period

2.1 The entry period runs from 01.11.2026, 10:00 am GMT, to 23.11.2026, 08:59 am GMT.

2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend the entry period by announcing it on its Instagram account. If the entry period is extended, the further prize process may change.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Any natural person aged at least 18 and resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, England, the Netherlands, France or Belgium may enter (“Participant”).

3.2 Only persons who have not previously received a prize may enter.

3.3 By entering, the Participant accepts these terms.

4. Entering the Giveaway

4.1 Entry is free of charge and governed exclusively by these terms.

4.2 To enter, an order with a product value of at least £50.00 (incl. statutory VAT, excl. shipping) must be placed in the Promoter's online shop within the giveaway period. Entry is automatic on completing such an order. No separate sign-up or registration is required.

4.3 All Participants who meet the requirements in sections 3 and 4 at the time of the draw are included.

4.4 After the entry period ends, the Promoter selects the winners from all eligible persons, either using a giveaway app from an external provider or by drawing lots. In both cases winners are selected at random.

4.5 Winners are notified by email.

4.6 Each notified winner must confirm within 2 days of being contacted, stating their first and last name, email address and postal address, whether they accept the prize.

4.7 If the winner cannot be contacted or the Promoter does not receive a reply within this period, the right to accept the prize lapses and the Promoter reserves the right to select and notify another Participant.

4.8 If the winner's contact details (e.g. email or postal address) are incorrect or untrue, the Promoter is not obliged to find the correct details. Any disadvantages arising from incorrect contact details (e.g. non-delivery, returns etc.) are borne by the winner.

5. Prizes

5.1 The Promoter is giving away various prizes (“Prize”) among all Participants. The prizes are:

  • A seven-day trip to Lapland including accommodation (min. 4 stars incl. breakfast), incl. flights (economy incl. seat reservation and one bag per person up to 23 kg), incl. Northern Lights tour, incl. a night in an igloo, incl. €1,000.00 activity budget + a €500.00 More voucher. The maximum total value of the prize is €10,000.00 (incl. €1,000.00 activity budget). Exact travel dates and further details such as outbound and return travel, accommodation, flights etc. will be agreed after contacting the winner. The winner is responsible for applying for any entry visas and covering their costs. The relevant entry requirements apply.

  • Every Sunday during the promotion, 20 orders in the participating countries under section 3 (1) will be covered. To be included, orders must be placed in the first hour (between 10:00 am and 11:00 am GMT). Selection is random.

5.2 Cash payment, exchange or transfer of prizes (both vouchers and physical prizes) is excluded for all giveaways.

5.3 The Promoter is liable for damage suffered by the winner due to material defects and/or defects of title only in cases of fraud, intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, liability for such defects is excluded.

5.4 The winner is responsible for any tax payable on the prize.

6. Exclusion

6.1 A breach of these terms entitles the Promoter to exclude one or more Participants. This applies in particular if false information is provided or third-party rights are infringed (personality rights/copyright).

6.2 The Promoter may also exclude one or more Participants if the entry process and/or giveaway page is manipulated or manipulation is attempted, and/or these terms are breached, and/or any other unfair or unlawful attempt is made to influence the Giveaway or its administration, in particular by interfering with the software used. In such cases prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively.

6.3 Persons who do not meet the requirements of sections 3 and 4 are excluded.

6.4 Employees of the Promoter or an affiliated company and any other persons involved in developing and running these giveaways are excluded.

7. Early termination, adjustment or modification

7.1 The Promoter may end, adjust or modify the Giveaway early at any time for good reason if proper conduct of the Giveaway cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons without such measures.

8. Data processing

8.1 Information on data processing can be found in the privacy policy at https://morenutrition.de/pages/datenschutzerklarung.

8.2 The Promoter processes data solely to run and administer the Giveaway in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data provided in connection with the Giveaway will be deleted – subject to statutory retention obligations – once the purpose of processing no longer applies or the data is no longer required.

9. Severability

9.1 Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

9.2 Recourse to the courts is excluded.

9.3 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
