Terms and Conditions for the Contest “Summer Shredding 2026”

1. Organizer

Organizer of the contest is Quality First GmbH, Werner-von-Siemens-Str. 8, 25337 Elmshorn, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Participants must be residents of the EU, Switzerland or the UK. Participation from Italy or Portugal is excluded.

2.2. Employees of the organizer as well as their immediate family members, including spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses, are excluded from participation.

2.3. Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is accepted.

2.4. To be eligible, participants must follow these rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification. The organizer has the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.

3. Participation Requirements

3.1. To participate in the competition, participants must have access to the internet, a valid e-mail address and an Instagram account. Any communication regarding the competition will be sent via e-mail.

3.2. False or fraudulent mail dresses or accounts provided by the participant will result in disqualification.

4. Participation

4.1. The competition involves a transformation challenge. This challenge comprises four (3) distinct body transformation categories in which participants will compete against each other:

4.2. To participate, participants are required to register via https://morenutrition.de/pages/challenge-2026, uploading a ‘before’-photo. In the “before” photo, participants must hold a fork clearly visible in their hand to authenticate the photo. Multiple participation, e.g. by multiple registrations, is not permitted.

4.3. During the competition, participants are required to publish at least one (1) post per week (i.e. at least thirteen (13) posts in total during the participation period specified in Section 7) on their Instagram account (hereinafter referred to as “Posts”), showing their personal transformation progress and tagging @morenutrition, using the hashtags #RoadtoFIBO, #TeamMORE and #MORETransformation2026. Multiple participation, e.g. by participating via several Instagram accounts, is not permitted.

4.4. To complete participation, participants are required to submit an ‘after’-photo and their personal transformation story to the landing page specified in Section 4.2 by the end of the participation period specified in Section 7. Multiple participation, e.g. by submitting multiple ‘after’-photos, is not permitted.

4.5. Full body photos/videos are best suited to show the participant's complete transformation. The full body photos/videos must show the participant either in swimwear or tight sportswear where the body silhouette is clearly visible.

4.6. Posts submitted by persons other than the person depicted in the pictures, posts submitted by model agencies or similar professionally produced photos, or those that have been enhanced or altered, will be rejected.

4.7. By publishing the posts, participants agree that the posts may be used on the Instagram account of the organizer and on associated or affiliated websites for marketing and advertising purposes. Participants grant the organizer a simple, royalty-free, unlimited right in time, content and territory to make the content publicly available, reproduce and edit it for any purpose and in all media. Participants warrant that they hold all rights to the posts, that the posts are free from third-party rights and that no personal rights are violated. If several persons are depicted in the posts, they must agree to the publication. Participants will confirm the foregoing in writing upon request. Should third parties nevertheless assert claims due to infringement of their rights, Participants shall indemnify the organizer against all claims, including the costs of legal defense. Participants waive their right to be named as author to the extent permitted by law.

4.8. Posts that violate applicable German law or third-party rights are excluded from participation.

4.9. By participating in FIBO 2026 and/or Summer Shredding Finals 2026, participants agree to appear on stage under competition conditions – i.e., in swimwear or similar – in front of an audience and be judged by a jury.

4.10. The use of illegal or prohibited substances to achieve results is prohibited. Participants may be required to undergo testing and/or sign an affidavit confirming that their transformation was achieved without the use of illegal substances. If a participant tests positive or refuses to submit an affidavit, the organizer may disqualify the participant. In this case, the disqualified participant will lose all rights to participate in the competition and/or claim any prizes offered. The organizer shall appoint a replacement within fourteen (14) days of disqualification. For acceptance, the provisions of Section 6 apply accordingly. The replacement participant will be unable to make any claims regarding trips that have already taken place. The organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action against any participants found to be in violation of these terms.
