1. Ingredients (for one serving)

For the batter:

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 1 tbsp More Protein, e.g. Protein Milkshake Style Chocolate Drink

  • 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (e.g. erythritol)

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp Light Chocolate Drops

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 pieces of chocolate or 1 tsp hazelnut spread

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 medium egg

  • A splash of milk

2. Preparation

  • Mix the flour, More Protein, sweetener (e.g. erythritol), cocoa powder and baking powder in a microwave-safe mug.
  • Add the milk, egg, melted butter and Light Chocolate Drops, and stir until smooth.
  • Press the chocolate pieces into the centre of the batter.
    • Alternatively, add a spoonful of hazelnut spread in the middle.
  • Microwave the mug for about 2–4 minutes at 600 watts.
  • Fancy a vanilla topping? Whip the light cream, stir in the Chunky Flavour Vanilla, and serve the Lava Cake with this topping. 💘
