1. Ingredients (for one serving)
For the batter:
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp More Protein, e.g. Protein Milkshake Style Chocolate Drink
1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (e.g. erythritol)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp Light Chocolate Drops
1 tsp baking powder
2 pieces of chocolate or 1 tsp hazelnut spread
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 medium egg
A splash of milk
Optional topping:
100 ml light whipping cream (to whip)
1 scoop Chunky Flavour, e.g. Vanilla Perfection
2. Preparation
- Mix the flour, More Protein, sweetener (e.g. erythritol), cocoa powder and baking powder in a microwave-safe mug.
- Add the milk, egg, melted butter and Light Chocolate Drops, and stir until smooth.
- Press the chocolate pieces into the centre of the batter.
- Alternatively, add a spoonful of hazelnut spread in the middle.
- Microwave the mug for about 2–4 minutes at 600 watts.
