1. Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 700 g low-fat quark
- 60 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100 ml light cream (19% fat)
- 8 sugar-free ladyfingers
- A splash of cold coffee or milk
- Tip: Use Protein Coffee instead of regular coffee for extra protein & flavour – try Coffee Lover or Dark Chocolate Lover
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 40 g protein powder (e.g. More Protein Sahne)
- 12 g flavour powder (e.g. Chunky Flavour Vanilla Perfection)
2. Preparation
- Stir the protein powder into the almond milk, then mix with the quark.
- Sweeten the quark mixture with Chunky Flavour Vanilla Perfection and set aside.
- Whip the light cream until fluffy and fold into the quark mixture.
- Place two ladyfingers in each of four bowls, drizzle with cold coffee or milk, and top with the quark-cream mixture.
- Smooth the surface and dust with cocoa powder.
- The dessert keeps for several days in the fridge – perfect for meal prep.
